Robert Collier, a 36-year-old African American male, was tragically found dead on December 10, 2018, in Decatur, Georgia. Collier, along with his cousin Michael Varnell Wigfall Jr., was discovered with gunshot wounds to their heads at a residence on Old Lake Drive.
