Jackson "Buster" Garland, a 59-year-old Caucasian male from Waleska, Georgia, tragically passed away on February 5, 2019. The incident occurred in a wooded area near Moores Mill Lane in Waleska. Garland was assisting his father-in-law, Herbert Jordan, in euthanizing a cow that had suffered severe medical complications.
