Tybralyn Kelly, a 16-year-old African American male from Sardis, Georgia, tragically lost his life on June 23, 2019. The incident occurred late Sunday night when police responded to a shooting call on North Hill Street around 10:45 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Tybralyn Kelly with at least one gunshot wound.
