In the early hours of a Monday morning in southwest Atlanta, the life of 21-year-old Ralph Burras Jr., an African American male, was tragically cut short. On July 22, 2019, at the Hidden Village Apartments on Landrum Drive, an altercation involving several individuals escalated into deadly violence. Gunfire erupted, and Burras was struck multiple times. His body was discovered around 1:15 a.m., lying between cars in the parking lot.
