Kattie Marie Perez-Brown, a 31-year-old white female from Dallas, Georgia, tragically lost her life on August 17, 2019, in what authorities have determined to be a murder-suicide. The incident occurred at her residence on Holland Court in the Twelve Oaks Subdivision.
