In a tragic sequence of events on August 17, 2019, Kattie Marie Perez-Brown, a 31-year-old white female, was killed in her Dallas, Georgia, home. The incident, which unfolded on Holland Court in the Twelve Oaks Subdivision, has been identified by authorities as a murder-suicide. The perpetrator was her 28-year-old ex-boyfriend, Christopher Woods of Ringgold, Georgia.
