Osiel Montano, a 19-year-old male from Norcross, GA, was found dead on December 30, 2019. His body was discovered in an abandoned apartment at the Spring Lake Apartment complex located at 100 Chase Common Drive in Norcross. Montano, who was of Hispanic ethnicity, died from a single gunshot wound to the head. The Norcross Police Department requested assistance from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) to investigate the homicide.
