On July 7, 2020, 19-year-old Brian Woolridge, an African American male, was tragically shot and killed in Ellenwood, Georgia. The incident occurred while Brian was helping his family pack a moving truck outside their home on Scarborough Road. The shooter, 80-year-old Hailu Abebe, who lived in the same house with his son, Daniel Abebe, Daniel's fiancée, Alisha Price, and Price's two children, opened fire on the moving truck.
