On a spring evening in Baltimore, the life of a young man was tragically cut short. Terrence Anderson, an 18-year-old Black/African American male, was shot and killed on May 8, 2012. The fatal encounter took place in the 600 block of North Eutaw Street, where the sounds of gunfire shattered the urban quiet.
