Ginger Leanne Blackmon, a 36-year-old white female from Rockmart, Georgia, tragically passed away on October 18, 2020. She was found deceased at her residence on Rice Road in Rockmart. Upon arrival, law enforcement and medical personnel attempted lifesaving measures, but unfortunately, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
