Brian Tervontia Carswell, a 33-year-old African American male, was tragically found shot to death on January 6, 2021, near Keysville, Georgia. Brian was born on July 23, 1987, in Augusta, Georgia, and was a native of Burke County. He was the brother of former Waynesboro Mayor Greg Carswell.
