Devon Holmes, a 20-year-old African American male, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on March 13, 2021, in Loganville, Georgia. The incident occurred early in the morning on Foxberry Run, where Holmes and a 16-year-old male, Demontries Rule, were asleep in Holmes' SUV parked in front of Rule's home.
