Jeremiah DeSean Walton, a 16-year-old African American male from Eatonton, GA, tragically lost his life on June 20, 2021. The incident occurred during a chaotic scene on Lawson Drive, where a large crowd had gathered. Initially, Eatonton police responded to reports of a fight and managed to disperse the crowd. However, shortly after the officers left, gunshots were heard, and Jeremiah, along with 19-year-old Roman Felton Rowell, was fatally shot.
