Keith Flanigan, a 26-year-old African American male from Decatur, GA, was tragically shot and killed on November 8, 2021. The incident occurred in the parking garage of the SkyHouse Midtown high-rise apartment building in Atlanta, GA. According to reports, Keith was ambushed by four armed suspects as he exited the elevator in the garage.
