In the late hours of November 8, 2021, a 26-year-old African American man named Keith Flanigan was fatally shot in Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred in the parking garage of the upscale SkyHouse Midtown apartment building, a place he was familiar with. Flanigan, a Decatur resident, was ambushed by four armed individuals as he stepped out of an elevator in the garage.
