Amit Kumar Patel, a 45-year-old man of Indian descent, was tragically killed on the morning of Monday, December 6, 2021. The incident occurred in Columbus, Georgia, outside the Synovus Bank on Buena Vista Road, a location unsettlingly close to a Columbus Police Department precinct.
