In the winter of 2013, a life was abruptly cut short on a street in Baltimore, Maryland. Travis M. Jennings, a 29-year-old African-American man, was gunned down on the evening of Tuesday, January 29th. The fatal shooting occurred in the 2600 block of Southern Avenue, where authorities discovered him suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
