In a homeless encampment on the outskirts of Gainesville, Georgia, the life of 37-year-old Billie Lee Davis, a male, came to a violent end. On the morning of May 13, 2022, his body was discovered at the edge of the camp located off Queen City Parkway. He had been fatally shot.
