Brandon Gene Stroud, a 27-year-old African American male from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically passed away on June 10, 2013. Born on November 24, 1985, Stroud was the son of Alvin G. Stroud and Cheryl C. Ruffin. He was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System and later earned his General Equivalency Diploma in September 2004.
