Kentravis Rutland, a 32-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 1, 2022, in Sylvester, Georgia. The incident occurred late at night around 11 p.m. at an apartment complex located on East Welch Street. When police arrived at the scene, they found Kentravis Rutland with multiple gunshot wounds.
