Ian Hagerty, a 17-year-old male, was tragically killed on November 27, 2022, during a candlelight vigil in DeKalb County, Atlanta, GA. The vigil was held in memory of 18-year-old Ta’neaious McCune, who had been killed a few days earlier in an attempted home invasion. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Highlands at East Atlanta Apartment Complex, where a crowd had gathered to mourn McCune's death.
