Gabriel Morris Fish, a 36-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on January 11, 1966, in Macclenny, Florida. Deputy Fish, who served with the Baker County Sheriff's Office, was attempting to arrest a bank robbery suspect when the incident occurred. During a high-speed chase involving nearly 100 officers, the suspect's car crashed.
