Terry Thuma

Investigator Terry N. Thuma of the Orlando Police Department tragically passed away on January 9, 1990, due to complications from a gunshot wound he sustained 13 years earlier. On July 23, 1977, while serving a drug warrant, Investigator Thuma was shot with a .22 caliber rifle. The bullet left him paralyzed from the breastbone down, specifically between vertebrae T5 and T6.
