Deputy Sheriff Dwight Lynn Hall, aged 31, tragically lost his life on April 11, 1979, in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. On that fateful night, Deputy Hall responded to a call regarding a suspicious person observed sitting in an out-of-state vehicle at a county park after closing hours.
