Sarah Bulat, a 42-year-old White/Caucasian woman, was found dead inside a Dunedin home on the evening of August 25, 2025, after deputies with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office conducted a welfare check. Detectives said they were called to 1561 Mac Charles Court around 8:07 p.m. because 54-year-old Charles Reid Jr. had been sending suicidal text messages to family.
