On February 9, 2022, Frances (Darlene) Neubert, aged 73, was found deceased in her home located at Lake Haven Mobile Home Park in Dunedin, Florida. The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office responded to a welfare check after neighbors reported not seeing the residents for several days. Upon arrival, deputies forced entry into the home due to suspicious circumstances.
