Michael Millot, a 43-year-old male from Hialeah, Florida, was murdered on January 28, 1986. His death was part of a series of killings committed by Manuel Pardo Jr., a former police officer turned drug dealer. Pardo, along with his accomplice Rolando Garcia, was responsible for the murders of nine individuals over a span of 92 days in early 1986.
