Louis Carl Bacon, aged 39, was tragically killed on June 17, 1990, in Jacksonville, Florida. His death was part of a violent spree carried out by James Edward Pough, a man with a history of criminal behavior and mental instability. Pough's rampage began in the early hours of June 17, when he shot and killed Bacon, who was standing in front of Bob's Confectionary.
