Kevin Talley, a 25-year-old male, was fatally shot in the head on the night of October 15, 2013, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred in the northwest part of the city, specifically in the 3700 block of Reisterstown Road near Violet Avenue. Officers responding to the scene found Talley lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to the head. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
