Barbara Jean Duckwall Holland, a 45-year-old white female, tragically lost her life on June 18, 1990, in Jacksonville, Florida. Born on May 13, 1945, in Carthage, Jasper County, Missouri, Barbara was laid to rest at Chapel Hills Memory Gardens in Jacksonville. Her death was part of a horrific spree killing carried out by James Edward Pough, a 42-year-old African American male, who went on a rampage in Jacksonville on June 17 and 18, 1990.
