Larry Neal Oliver, a 22-year-old white male, was tragically murdered on November 24, 1995, in Osceola County, Florida. Larry, who worked as a restaurant waiter, was lured to a house in Buenaventura Lakes, a neighborhood northeast of Kissimmee, under the pretense of purchasing accessories for his customized pickup truck.
