Dolores Perdomo, a 56-year-old woman, was tragically killed on December 30, 1999, in Tampa, Florida. Her death occurred during a violent rampage by Silvio Izquierdo-Leyva, a hotel housekeeper who went on a shooting spree at the Radisson Bay Harbor Inn.
