Dolores Perdomo, a 56-year-old woman, was tragically killed on December 30, 1999, in Tampa, Florida. Her death occurred during a violent rampage by Silvio Izquierdo-Leyva, a hotel housekeeper who went on a shooting spree at the Radisson Bay Harbor Inn. Izquierdo-Leyva, 36, opened fire inside the hotel, killing four of his co-workers and wounding three others. The victims included Eric Pedroso, 29; Barbara Carter, 55; Jose R.
