Philip Guy Billings, a 25-year-old male deputy from the Broward County Sheriff's Office, tragically lost his life on April 6, 2003, in Pompano Beach, Florida. Born in La Paz, Bolivia, Philip was a dedicated law enforcement officer who had served with the Broward Sheriff's Office for 18 months.
