Kenneth Powell, a 23-year-old male, tragically lost his life on November 18, 2004, in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Kenneth, along with 19-year-old Joanna Cruz, was fatally shot by Justin Cudar inside a RadioShack store. The incident also left another store clerk, 30-year-old James Dolan, critically wounded.
