Merly S. Niebles, aged 51, tragically lost her life on July 26, 2013, in Hialeah, Florida, during a mass shooting incident that shocked the community. The incident occurred at a five-story apartment complex where Pedro Alberto Vargas, a 42-year-old resident, went on a shooting rampage after setting his apartment on fire.
