Priscilla Perez, a 17-year-old Hispanic female, tragically lost her life on July 26, 2013, during a horrific shooting rampage at her apartment complex in Hialeah, Florida. The incident unfolded when Pedro Vargas, a 42-year-old resident of the complex, went on a violent spree, killing six people, including Priscilla, before being shot and killed by police.
