Krystal Caruso, a 23-year-old resident of Royal Palm Beach, Florida, tragically passed away on February 20, 2013. The incident occurred at her home on Swan Parkway West, where she accidentally shot herself in the head while handling a 9-mm handgun. According to reports, Krystal had a concealed-weapons permit and was known to frequently play with her firearm.
