Born on January 24, 1987, in Stuart, Florida, Walker had been a resident of Saint Lucie County for fourteen years. On the fateful day of his death, Walker was involved in an altercation that escalated into a fatal shooting. The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. on North 20th Street near Avenue E.
