Lavonte LA Akiem Ingram, a 20-year-old resident of Cocoa, Florida, tragically lost his life on March 25, 2014. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at Lakeview Park in West Cocoa. Ingram was seated in a Chevrolet Impala when he was approached by a 17-year-old suspect, Jaquan Raheim Oquendo.
