Howard Wallace Bowe, a 34-year-old resident of Hallandale Beach, Florida, died on May 8, 2014, following a police raid conducted by the Hallandale Beach Police Department's SWAT team. The raid, which took place early in the morning, was part of an operation to execute a search warrant related to Bowe's alleged sale of crack cocaine to a police informant.
