Tyson's estranged wife, Patricia Tyson, and her believed-to-be boyfriend, Otis Bean, were also victims of the shooting. Patricia Tyson was found dead inside the home with a gunshot wound to the head, while Otis Bean was critically injured and later airlifted to a hospital. Walter Tyson, after committing the shootings, turned the gun on himself, ending his life as law enforcement officers surrounded the home.
