Otis Ray Bean Jr., a 53-year-old male, tragically lost his life on October 1, 2015, in Inglis, Florida. The incident occurred when Walter A. Tyson, a 57-year-old man, shot Bean, who was reportedly in a relationship with Tyson's estranged wife, Patricia Tyson. The shooting took place at Bean's residence, located across from Inglis City Hall on U.S. Highway 40.
