Zachariah James Tipton, a 40-year-old resident of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on June 26, 2014, in a shooting incident outside Nippers Beach Grille. The altercation that led to his death began as a verbal dispute between two motorcycle clubs, the Black Pistons Motorcycle Club, to which Tipton belonged, and the Iron Order Motorcycle Club.
