Jenard Frederick, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on July 5, 2014, in Boynton Beach, Florida. The incident occurred during a drug deal arranged between Frederick and Serge Alexander Motti, a 58-year-old man with a violent criminal history. Motti, who had previously served over three decades in prison for a double murder in New York, met Frederick in a parking lot for the transaction.
