Harold Breion Long, a 19-year-old from Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on July 14, 2014. His death was the result of a drive-by shooting in a Mayport neighborhood. On that fateful day, police discovered Long's body in a backyard on Cypress Landing Drive after neighbors reported hearing gunshots.
