Stanley Martinez Phillips

In the spring of 2014, the life of Stanley Martinez Phillips, a 25-year-old Black man, was cut short by violence on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening of May 15, Phillips was in the 3400 block of Dudley Avenue when he was shot multiple times. Emergency medical personnel responded to the scene, but Phillips' injuries were too severe, and he was pronounced dead.
