Colan Porter, a 36-year-old Black male, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on September 27, 2014, in West Palm Beach, Florida. The incident occurred shortly after 3 a.m. at the intersection of 22nd Street and Tamarind Avenue. Colan Porter was pronounced dead at the scene by the West Palm Beach Police.
