Travis Tatum, a 20-year-old resident of Riviera Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on October 12, 2014. The incident occurred at the Stonybrook apartment complex's courtyard, where Tatum was shot shortly before 10:30 a.m. Despite being rushed to a hospital, he succumbed to his injuries soon afterward. Witnesses reported seeing Raymond Dale stand over Tatum and shoot him, leading to Dale's arrest within two days of the incident.
