Javon Xavier Nelson, an 11-year-old boy from Riviera Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on September 27, 2010, in a horrific incident that shook the community. Javon was one of the victims in a mass murder-suicide orchestrated by his stepfather, Patrick Alexander Dell.
