Lorenzo Moise, a 19-year-old Black male, was tragically shot and killed on October 20, 2014, in El Portal, Florida. The incident occurred around 5:03 p.m. as Lorenzo was attempting to cross a footbridge from El Portal to Northwest Miami-Dade.
