James Strouse Jr., aged 51, tragically passed away on January 5, 2015, in Tampa, Florida. His death was the result of a gunshot wound to the upper body. The incident occurred just before 6 a.m. at 8723 Del Ray Court, where police found him lying on the ground outside an apartment building. Despite the prompt arrival of emergency services, Strouse was pronounced dead at the scene. The Tampa Police Department launched an investigation into his death, categorizing it as a homicide.
