Lourdes Martinez-Rodriguez, a 43-year-old Hispanic woman, tragically lost her life on January 13, 2015, in Miami, Florida. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a Westchester strip mall, where she had agreed to meet her estranged husband to exchange property. The meeting quickly escalated into a heated argument, during which her husband pulled out a gun and shot her.
